Comment : Prepared from soybean, egg yolk, peanut, corn, or animal sources. It is not toxic, but in high doses may lead to gastric disturbances, appetite suppression, and diaphoresis. Used to support the fats in margarine and also in chocolate, mayonnaise, milk.
